Linen... sustainable summer favourite!
Made from the flax plant, the textile is valued for its coolness in hot temperatures. The only problem can be its potential to "screw-up" easily.
I found this yellow co-ord linen set in one of my favourite boutiques in old town Albufeira. Unique colour, loose, comfortable yet casual. I do prefer supporting local boutiques and finding something a little bit different. The whole shopping experience is often more personal too!

Nothing like a pair of Nike trainers......Guys & gals love them!
Definitely an "essential" and well worth investing in. I saw these beauties in the Nike store in Portugal and just had to have these! I know box-white fresh Nike trainers are on-trend this season....but I love my colours. Nothing like being unique!

Summer 2014 over?!
Sadly over the last week it really has felt like summer has ended, but if you are like me you will still want to make the most of your summer wardrobe.
From your super skinny to your boyfriend jeans they remain by far the world's top-selling item of clothing. I am real fan of pretty pastels and vibrant colours. And who doesn't want to add to their jean collection?!
From a basic tee, leather jacket and pumps, to a blouse, tailored blazer and heels, coloured jeans have the ability to fit into anyone's wardrobe.
With my sister the same size as me, we have the luxury of swapping clothes! Check out some of our favourite coloured jeans........

Shopping Sunday! A trip to Bluewater for some birthday presents with my sister and maybe some treats for ourselves?!
Easy, comfortable, trendy pieces I always think are key when shopping.....especially if you might be in and out of the changing rooms!
Continuing this summer's hottest shade, I opted for some soft bright yellow trousers with a contrasting black cami and accessories. For me it is always about highlighting one item of your outfit and finishing off the look with other subtle pieces or accessories. My new Fossil Erin Haircalf bag, purse and bracelet made the perfect finishing touch!
Add a pair of thin strap heels/sandals and you are all set to light up the town!

This season's hottest shade.
With blonde hair, yellow is not always the first colour I would pick but the frill sleeves, button detail and shade of this Zara number caught my eye and I was ordering online immediately!
I waited until the last evening (best tan!) to wear this dress and decided to leave my beach hair.
I am always on the hunt for dresses that can be worn both casually with flats or smart with a pair of heels. You can pretty much re-create a different look with the same pieces.
Button-up for a smart, formal, evening look.
Unbutton for a casual, sleeker day look.
Tones of pink and purple CND shellac nails with the yellow will "nail" the look!
